Fit Mommy Workout Playlist

Music is a great motivator. I truly believe that my workouts have improved since I actually started listening to music during them. 

I was usually the type that didn't bother because I didn't want any distractions. But, every since I bought my new wireless Beats By Dre headphone, I literally have worn them EVERY SINGLE DAY!


Whether it's cooking dinner, working out, or just to escape for a little while-music has been amazing for me..

BUT, not just any ole tune will do. If you were to take a look into my iPhone, you might not recognize half the artists that I listen to. The diversity of my musical choices might also throw you off a bit. I love a bit of EVERYTHING.

However, when I am working out, I need something fast paced to get me going. Here is a list of my favorite songs to workout to, plus a player in which you can listen to each song for yourself!
